What is your ordering process?

Browse our extensive range of fabric streamers, select your chosen colours and quantities and then send us your basket. We’ll review your order and contact you to confirm. Once payment has been processed, we’ll arrange your shipping as per the details completed on your order form.

What are your lead times? 

Lead times can be between 2 working days to 42 day (worst case scenario) – completely dependent on stock from the mill line production. If you have an urgent request, please get in touch via our contact form and we shall do our best to help.

What does FR Mean?

FR is an acronym for Flame Retardant and is what all of our fabrics adhere to.

Flame retardant fabrics are materials that have been chemically treated to resist ignition and delay the spread of flames to improve safety and reduce the risk of fire-related injuries or property damage.

Our fabrics are IFR- Inherently Flame Retardant. Which means the fabric is woven from a high percentage of yarn fibres that are flame retardant. It is the chemical make up of the raw fibre and not an after treatment to the cloth that renders the finished material Flame Retardant.

Other flame retardancy specifications are:-

NDFR- Non Durably Flame Retardant

These fabrics are chemically treated with a water soluble solution and if wetted in any way it is essential to retreat the fabric to meet flammability requirements. This may also apply after cleaning or a long period of use in a high humidity atmosphere.

DFR- Durably Flame Retardant

These fabrics are chemically treated to withstand a number of cleanings.

Do I have to use FR fabrics?

Yes, in most situations where fabrics are to be used in public spaces, they are required to comply with the BS5867 part 2 B regulations.

How do I get a fire certificate?

Fire certificates will be issued upon request after the goods have been dispatched.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Not on our standard stocked sizes, some custom sizes may have a minimum order quantity applicable.

Do you offer bulk or trade discounts?

As we are a B2B supplier only, all our prices are already trade prices. Bulk discounts can be discussed upon quotation. These discounts may only be considered in batch amounts x6 roll quantities of the same colour.

Can you post to outside the UK?

Yes, we are able to send goods to anywhere in the world. The postal charge depends on the total weight of the goods ordered and of course where in the world you live. Please get in touch with your requirements.

Postage is included within mainland UK within the areas located on the map image below.

Not directly, but we can recommend companies that we know who have set up the streamers before. Please get in touch with your location and date requirements.
